Content Management

The core database stores and manages information, text and images for display on web-sites and to assist call-centre staff.

Users can:

• Store and manage photos linked to hotels, resorts, countries, excursions etc.
• Create and manage strucured text descriptions of hotels, resorts etc
• Store and manage detailed and structured product information
• Define where images, text and information appear on web-sites
• Easily update and add new products to a web-site without additional time and expertise with HTML etc
• Create errata messages and define where they are displayed

The same content management information can be used for multiple purposes: websites, call-centre information, customer documentation and brochure production.
